Meeting Room Hire

The Tauranga Volunteer Coastguard has an airconditioned meeting
and conference room available for hire

Meeting room hireThe hireage is one of our income streams, to assist us with our operating costs as we do not receive any direct Government Funding. 

The room comes complete with TV, data projector, screen and whiteboard.  It also has full kitchen facilities and can hold up to 70 people. There is plenty of parking available.  You are welcome to use our cups/plates etc, but you will need to bring your own tea/coffee/sugar/milk etc. and the bonus......plenty of FREE parking, in a beautiful location on the Marina.

A smaller meeting room upstairs may be available - please call for further details. Whiteboards are available.  

Please note the room is to be set up by the hirer and we do not provide catering but you are welcome to provide your own or use the Marina Cafe located right next door for coffee and catering  you can call them for further information on (07) 577 6280

        Please note we DO NOT hire out for social functions or occasions

 

         

PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN WE ARE AT LEVEL 2 OR ABOVE,
WE DO NOT ALLOW OUR KITCHENS TO BE USED
AND WE WILL ONLY ACCOMMODATE UP TO 30 PEOPLE

(LESS AS LEVELS INCREASE)

Please note due to COVID '19 we still have protocols that will need to
be followed when using our facilities, all details will be emailed to you
once a booking has been confirmed with the user
