Maritime Restricted
Operators Certificate
(MROC) |
|
It is a legal requirement that anyone using a VHF Marine Radio has an appropriate licence, other than in emergency cases. We run the MROC course which is an internationally recognised certificate. On successful completion of the course you are issued with a photo certificate.
The courses are held at Tauranga Coastguard Headquarters, on 3rd Tuesday of every month at 1900hrs with examination the following evening (Wednesday) at 1900hrs. Cost $50.
